Job Title: Packaging Mounter

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Packaging Mounter to join our team at American Packaging Corporation. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our mounting equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and direct the mounting department to meet production deadlines.
• Order replacement plates and sleeves as needed.
• Train mounters on techniques in mounting and ensure they follow established quality standards.
• Coordinate mounting schedule and assign tasks to team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Previous manufacturing experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions.
