Program Overview

Our 18-24 month program combines hands-on training with real-world experience, allowing you to develop a deep understanding of floorcovering operations, sales, and customer service. You will work closely with our experienced team to gain insight into the organizational structures of customers operating in key market segments and become proficient in interacting with individuals responsible for procurement, community management, project management, maintenance, and property development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support business strategies to increase sales and optimize profitability
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Build and maintain knowledge of all products to ensure effective customer recommendations
  • Build positive relationships with wholesale and retail customers
  • Complete store administration, including ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
Requirements

To be considered for this program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status
  • Have a valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • Have at least a bachelor's degree by the start of the program
  • Be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • At least one year of experience working in a retail, sales, or customer service position
  • At least one year of experience in a leadership role, supervising others, or leading teams
  • Previous experience working in a team-oriented setting, including work experience, extracurricular activities, military service, etc.
  • Previous work experience selling floorcovering and/or floorcovering products
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
