Key Responsibilities
  • Case Management: Develop, assess, and implement individualized treatment plans for youth in our care, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists, psychiatrists, and other professionals, to ensure comprehensive care and support for our youth.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of youth progress, treatment plans, and case notes, adhering to state and federal regulations.
  • Transportation and Logistics: Safely transport youth to appointments, activities, and other events as needed.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and cultural competence.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as social work, psychology, or counseling, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with youth in a residential treatment setting, preferably in a case management or counseling role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license and insurance, as well as any required certifications or training in areas such as CPR, First Aid, and crisis intervention.
