  8. Maintain customer service excellence and implement recognition programs for associates.

  10. Act as Manager on Duty, providing leadership and ensuring store standards are upheld.

Qualifications:

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent required; must be at least 18 years old.
  2. Preferred experience of five years in retail management.
  3. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
  4. Proven ability to mentor and develop team members to meet business objectives.
  5. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Physical capability to lift and move products as necessary.
  7. Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  8. Willingness to travel between locations as needed.
  9. Demonstrated skills in visual merchandising.
  10. Basic proficiency in English, mathematics, and computer skills.
