Cocktail Connoisseur

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Locals Tacos and Tequila. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide range of delicious cocktails and beverages to our guests.

• Cocktail Preparation: Prepare a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages with precision and creativity, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making personalized drink recommendations.
• Beverage Knowledge: Possess a deep knowledge of our beverage offerings, including tequilas, wines, and beers, and be able to educate and guide guests in their selections.
• Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including regular cleaning of glassware, utensils, and bar equipment.
• Responsible Service: Comply with all local laws and regulations regarding the service of alcohol and ensure the responsible consumption of beverages by guests.

• Experience: Previous bartending experience preferred, with a strong foundation in mixology.
• Guest Focus: Dedication to providing an exceptional guest experience and building positive relationships with patrons.
• Beverage Knowledge: Familiarity with a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain accurate order records, handle cash transactions, and keep the bar area organized.
