Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Performing routine and complex laboratory tests and analyses on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
  • Preparing chemical solutions, calibrating equipment, and conducting experiments according to prescribed methods.
  • Recording, interpreting, and reporting test results, maintaining accurate and detailed lab records.
  • Monitoring and maintaining lab equipment, ensuring calibration and maintenance are performed regularly.
  • Assisting in quality control and assurance activities by performing tests related to product quality, stability, and safety.
  • Following strict safety protocols, handling chemicals, hazardous materials, and equipment with care.
  • Collaborating with production and engineering teams to identify potential issues and recommend solutions to improve processes.
  • Conducting environmental sampling and testing to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment, adhering to all safety and environmental regulations.
  • Troubleshooting laboratory equipment issues and performing minor repairs as needed.
  • Assisting with research and development (R&D) projects by supporting experiments and pilot production runs.
