Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Outlets at Silverthorne. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our property, including equipment, vehicles, and common areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain all equipment and vehicles according to established guidelines and procedures.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and vehicles as directed by management.
  • Conduct security and preventive maintenance checks for the property.
  • Review and complete tenant work orders in a timely manner.
  • Support tenant security check requests and perform a variety of field maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA-established health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the custodial and Welcome Center staff as needed.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all safety procedures and emergency procedures.
  • Ensure a safe and tidy maintenance shop with easily accessible equipment and supplies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (G.E.D.)
  • 3-5 years of skilled or semi-skilled maintenance experience, including one year of experience in one or more of the following fields: roofing, masonry, plumbing, electrical.
  • Certifications and knowledge of heavy equipment operations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of roofing, stone/tile masonry, plumbing, and/or electrical.
  • Leadership skills, attention to detail, and openness to new ideas and procedures.
