Job Title: Manufacturing Plant Manager

BBSI is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Plant Manager to lead our team in the production of prefabricated modular structures. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring quality and efficiency, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct oversight of over 100 workers, including 20 supervisors and department leads.
  • Ensure all work meets specifications and codes requirements.
  • Direct employees to meet all tasks, standards, and deadlines.
  • Visually inspect workmanship to ensure quality.
  • Track and monitor production and make necessary adjustments to ensure goals and deadlines are met.
  • Act as lead project manager for a variety of projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Production/Operations Management, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience as a Plant or Operations Manager in a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of directly-related experience in the prefabrication of Modular structures.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft business applications and various reporting software.
  • Able to collaborate and work in a team based environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid business acumen, analytical, and problem-thinking skills.
