VCA Animal Hospitals is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their pets.
As the face of VCA, the Client Service Representative plays a key role in building and maintaining customer trust and confidence in our abilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and their pets
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients
- Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments
- Recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services
- Answering questions regarding products and services
- Managing medical records, reports, and correspondence
- Hospital maintenance and ensuring the facility is neat and clean at all times
We offer a competitive compensation package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid vacation, 401(k), and generous personal pet care discounts.
Starting pay for this position is $17.00 per hour, dependent on experience, education, certification, etc.
