PSCI is seeking a highly skilled FPGA design and verification engineer to contribute to a critical missile program.
This role demands expertise in SystemVerilog, simulation, and safety-critical electronic device applications. You will be responsible for developing innovative solutions within an Agile environment, collaborating closely with a dedicated electrical engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop FPGA systems using SystemVerilog, ensuring adherence to rigorous safety standards.
- Create comprehensive test benches for verification and validation of FPGA designs.
- Collaborate effectively with system safety engineers and participate in safety board meetings to ensure design compliance.
- Communicate technical progress and challenges to internal stakeholders, including program leadership, customers, and suppliers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Verilog/SystemVerilog design and self-checking test bench development.
- Demonstrated expertise in electrical engineering design within weapon development programs.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, enabling clear and concise technical articulation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to the success of shared objectives.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with UVM Testbench methodologies.
- Familiarity with safety-critical design practices and relevant standards.
- Proficiency in Agile development processes for electrical engineering projects.
