Veterinary Front Desk Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at BluePearl Pet Hospital. As a key member of our front desk team, you will provide exceptional customer service, handle phone calls and messages, and assist with various administrative tasks.

In this role, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of each client upon arrival, determining whether an emergency situation requires immediate attention, and responding to non-patient calls and visitors. You will also serve as a liaison between clients and service agencies during the handling of pet remains and offer emotional support and resource materials to grieving clients in a compassionate and discreet manner.

We offer a competitive salary of $20.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus shift differential pay for eligible hours worked.
