Job Summary

The Waters is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistant/Caregiver to join our team. As a Nursing Assistant/Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, and other care as designated.
  • Assist residents with dining and homemaking tasks.
  • Respond to and report changes in resident's health status and/or any recommendations for changes that should be made to the resident plan of care.
  • Complete thorough daily charting.
Requirements
  • High-school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • One year nursing/resident assistant care experience in senior services preferred.
