Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast and friendly customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockrooms, and customer areas
  • Support e-commerce initiatives, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
  • Participate in merchandise recovery and maintenance, including unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and maintaining store recovery standards
  • Assist with cash handling and operate a cash register with accuracy and efficiency
  • Engage with customers on the benefits of our Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
  • Educate customers on our Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
  • Support shrink and safety programs, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company policies
  • Interact with colleagues in a positive and respectful manner, promoting a collaborative team environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods, move throughout the store, and lift heavy boxes
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and early mornings
