Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert repair and maintenance services for customer-owned instruments
- Maintain store-owned gear and equipment
- Complete warranty repair work and other tasks as assigned
- Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience and provide excellent customer service
- Skilled understanding of repairing guitars and other stringed instruments
- Foundational product knowledge of Guitar Center products
