About the Role

Universal Health Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate Partial Hospitalization Clinician to join our team in Franklin, MA. As a key member of our Behavioral Health Services team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals requiring a higher level of support.

Job Summary

The Partial Hospitalization Clinician will deliver direct services to clients, including individual, group, family, and other authorized therapy sessions. You will participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and ensure that any treatments delivered are within the scope of your training, experience, and general level of competence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients
  • Conduct intakes and handle case and crisis management
  • Collaborate with other medical service providers, state agencies, and community resources to support clients
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related Mental Health field from an accredited program
  • Prior experience in a higher level of care, such as a psych hospital, residential program, or emergency room
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle clients in crisis
  • Nonjudgmental approach to foster self-sufficiency and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to establish trusting relationships through compassion, empathy, and insight
  • Demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of clients from diverse cultural or linguistic backgrounds
  • Good time management skills for timely record keeping
  • Appropriate citizenship work documentation
  • Pass a CORI and drug test, as well as other pre-employment documentation
