Job Title: Respiratory Therapist Professional

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist Professional to join our team at Christus Health. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in respiratory care and hold relevant certifications. This role involves providing high-quality patient care, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans under the direction of a physician. Key responsibilities include emergency response, airway management, ventilator management, and oxygen delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and working collaboratively with healthcare teams.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a RT or RCP license in the state of employment, BLS certification, and current ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in respiratory care is preferred.

Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $63,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Christus Health offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
