Position Overview
We are in search of a Senior Vice President of Operations who excels in organizing personnel, projects, concepts, time, and resources. This pivotal role involves overseeing all operational activities related to our programs, including Club, Licensed Care, and outreach initiatives. The primary focus will be on program development and execution, staff and volunteer training, risk management, financial oversight, and, most importantly, ensuring safety.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $115,000 - $135,000, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
