Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for providing expert nutrition guidance and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement nutrition programs to promote health and wellness within our campus community
  • Provide nutrition information and counseling to individuals and groups
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to ensure that students' dietary needs are met
  • Conduct one-on-one nutrition counseling and consultations for consumers with special dietary needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local food vendors and suppliers to source special accommodations
  • Work with student accessibility and disability services and campus health services to ensure proper student registration and medical documentation
  • Provide individual tours to students and parents to familiarize them with dining locations and identify options related to students' specific conditions and dietary needs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in food science, culinary arts, clinical nutrition, food and nutrition, or related area
  • Registered Dietitian with active registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the American Dietetic Association
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in nutritional counseling, food service, student nutrition, or hospitality
