Headlands Addiction Treatment Services is a leading provider of addiction and psychiatric services to treatment centers. Our mission is to improve the standards of patient care in residential and outpatient addiction and mental health treatment programs.

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Dodgeville, WI. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting admissions and follow-up assessments, and working collaboratively with our addiction specialist MDs and psychiatrists.

• Conduct admissions and follow-up assessments at addiction treatment centers
• Provide high-quality patient care, including medication management and treatment planning
• Work collaboratively with addiction specialist MDs and psychiatrists to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Participate in ongoing supervision and education to maintain expertise in addiction medicine and mental health

• Current NP or PA license in the state of Wisconsin
• Current and active DEA license in the state of Wisconsin
• Efficient in multi-tasking and managing workflow, with experience working autonomously
• Proficiency with EMR software and electronic communication
• Ability and willingness to commute to Dodgeville, WI

• Experience in addiction treatment, including withdrawal management and medication-assisted treatment protocols
• Experience with psychiatric conditions, including depression and anxiety
• PMHNP or PA/NP with significant experience in treating psychiatric conditions
