About the Position

This PT role requires a licensed Physical Therapist (NC compact license or NC license accepted) to work in a home health setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with patients of all ages and backgrounds.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements
  • Licenses/Certifications: CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support), State License-Physical Therapist-North Carolina, NPI NUMBER
  • Experience: Home health setting experience preferred
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
About the Salary

The estimated weekly pay for this position ranges from $2424.00 to $2624.00, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The hourly rate may vary based on shift length.
