Job Description
As an MRI technologist, you will play a critical role in taking medical images of patients for diagnostic purposes using magnetic resonance imaging technology. Your responsibilities will include preparing patients for MRIs, operating MRI equipment, processing MRIs for radiologists and physicians, and handling patient records. You may also use other radiologic equipment such as CTs and X-rays.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 1 year of recent experience as an MRI technologist, hold ARRT certification, possess BLS certification (AHA), and maintain current state licensure (if applicable).
