At FSA Federal, we are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team in supporting the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) nationwide law enforcement initiative. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in removing tools of crime from criminal organizations and depriving wrongdoers of proceeds from their crime.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that cultivates tactical and strategic intelligence personnel, financial analysts, and forensic accountants to support law enforcement efforts domestically and overseas.

You will work closely with the DEA to ensure the overall mission of the organization is achieved through data-driven insights and analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Receive, gather, analyze, and organize information from multiple sources to support DEA operations.
  • Evaluate and reconcile inconsistencies in received information to ensure accuracy.
  • Enter required data into one or more databases, documents, or spreadsheets with high precision.
  • Maintain physical files and track case file status to ensure compliance with established deadlines.
  • Coordinate requests for additional information as needed and select relevant data from various sources to prepare reports, summaries, and replies to inquiries.
  • Perform word processing tasks related to case files and provide accurate and timely status updates.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED, with an undergraduate degree preferred.
  • Able to grasp and understand the organization and functions of the customer, including the DEA.
  • Meticulous data entry skills and excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Competent to review, interpret, and evaluate complex legal and non-legal documents.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with experience in using Microsoft Office suite applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Proven commitment and competence to provide excellent customer service, with a positive and flexible attitude.
