Client Service Representative

Ethereal Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Service Representative. As a key member of our Client Service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on our clients' products and services, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
  • Participate in regular meetings with the Client Support Specialist team to discuss customer acquisition strategies and sales goals.
  • Attend training sessions to stay informed about new products, services, and sales promotions.
  • Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely and seamless delivery.
Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer-centric role, preferably in a sales or marketing environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a College Degree is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Aptitude for taking on multiple responsibilities and adapting to changing priorities.
