Certification Requirements
  • ARRT(CT) certification is mandatory.
  • AHA certification (Instructor or Provider) is required; RQI is acceptable.
  • Verification of Tech Certification at the national level is necessary.

  • Completion of a Competency Exam is needed.
  • Core Part I, II, and III certifications are required.
  • A photo for identification badge is necessary.
Position Details
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience is required.
  • ARRT(CT) certification is essential; Ohio license must be obtained prior to commencement.
  • No on-call duties are expected.
  • Blocked scheduling is in place, including weekends.
  • Flexibility for 10 or 12 hour shifts is required.
  • Experience with GE Evo64 slice units is preferred.
Job Requirements
  • A government-issued photo ID is required to be carried during assignments.
  • AHA certification (Instructor or Provider) is necessary; RQI is acceptable.
  • Primary source verification must be completed within 30 days for new and extended contracts.
  • Facility requires state licensure, driver's license, WOC, and name verification in the system.
  • Unit-specific competency exams must be completed within 12 months of starting and updated annually.
  • Documentation of a past positive history must be signed by a qualified healthcare provider.
  • Annual verification is required.
Schedule Information
  • Blocked scheduling is implemented, including weekends.
  • Flexibility for 10 or 12 hour shifts is expected.
Additional Information
  • Cleveland Clinic will cover the cost of 4 hours of module training.
  • Travelers are required to complete training videos before taking the test.
  • A physical examination must confirm the ability to safely perform essential job functions.
  • Flu documentation must be submitted for current candidates by the specified deadline.
