Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Distribution Strategies: Create and implement effective distribution plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to our franchisees.
  • Manage and Optimize Distribution Network: Oversee the selection, negotiation, and management of third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure high levels of service and cost-efficiency.
  • Develop and Implement Distribution Policies and Procedures: Establish and maintain distribution policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Identify opportunities for cost savings and service level enhancements within the distribution network and implement process improvements.
  • Prepare and Present Reports: Develop and present detailed reports on distribution performance, logistics costs, and service levels to senior management.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 Years of Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in distribution and logistics management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the foodservice, QSR, wholesale, protein, and/or beverage industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of managing large-scale distribution networks and delivering operational efficiencies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in logistics and distribution software and tools.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field is preferred.
