About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Verge Mobile, a T-Mobile Premium Partner. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, understanding their needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions.
  • Sell T-Mobile products and services, including wireless plans, devices, and accessories, to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of T-Mobile's products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and technologies.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales and customer service skills.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and move freely throughout the store.
