Requirements:
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in planning, directing operations.
- Knowledge: Practical knowledge of revenue drivers and efficiency standards to deliver positive financial results.
- Manufacturing Experience: Manufacturing and production experience is a must.
- Leadership Skills: Experience leading continuous process improvements to achieve a safe and cost-efficient work environment that meets performance targets.
- Technical Skills: SOP, MRP, TQM, JIT, Kaizen, 5S, and visual factory management.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel software applications.
- Driver's License: Clean and valid driver's license.
- Driving Skills: Ability to drive manual and automatic transmissions.

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional shop/yard environment. Frequent exposure to the elements (such as dust, dirt, rain) and chemicals (such as fumes and fluids) occur during operation of construction and agricultural equipment, cranes, forklifts, welding, painting, etc.
