Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Staff Associate to join our team at LFB USA, Inc. As a Medical Staff Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our plasma donors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough medical screenings and assessments to determine donor eligibility
  • Administer finger sticks to test donors for hematocrit and total protein levels
  • Monitor the donor management system and ensure accurate data entry
  • Provide counseling and education to donors regarding test results and donation risks
  • Initiate and assist in donor investigations and adverse event responses
  • Collaborate with Center Medical Director and Management to ensure compliance with regulations and procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year of work experience preferred
  • Active licensure or certification in a relevant medical field (EMT, LPN, RN, etc.)
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in medical software
