Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Engineer to join our team in Texas. This role can be based in Houston, Dallas, or Austin and will involve managing and mentoring engineers on large building projects, developing concepts and budgets, and producing designs that meet high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Engineering: Responsible for the successful delivery of large building projects from concept to construction and commissioning.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of engineers on specific projects, guiding them in their work and ensuring timely completion.
  • Design Development: Develop project concepts, create budgets, and produce high-quality designs that meet client expectations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across disciplines to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Performance Metrics: Track key performance indicators such as efficiency, profitability, quality of design solutions, client satisfaction, and team cohesion.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering; Master's degree preferred.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Licensed PE; NCEES record allowing registration in any state preferred.
  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in project engineering, from design development to opening, with one completed high-profile project over $100m.
  • Skills: Expertise in electrical systems design, Revit proficiency, ability to collaborate with multiple practices, strong project management skills, and effective communication.
  • Qualifications: Experience in leading integrated teams, delivering LEED Silver or higher projects, working with complex analysis tools, and architecturally significant buildings.
Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
