We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Teach Me Personnel LLC. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality therapeutic care to our patients with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Therapy Implementation: Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to patients, including activities to promote functional skills, independence, and overall well-being.
- Documentation and Communication: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Collaboration and Training: Work closely with behavior analysts, speech-language pathologists, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and provide training to parents and staff on occupational therapy techniques and strategies.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy
- Licensure: Current State License as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience: Two years of direct service work in a treatment setting for patients preferred; experience working with individuals with autism preferred
