Nurse Practitioner

Mountain Ridge Center - Franklin, NH is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and residents.
Job Summary:We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:- Perform nursing assessments and develop effective plans of care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure high-quality care.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- CPR Certification is required.
- One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting is preferred.
