Position Title: Access Care Representative - Call Center
Overview:
United Health Services is in search of an Access Care Representative to enhance our Call Center operations. This role is integral to our commitment to delivering exceptional patient communication and support.
Shift: Day
Hours per Week: 40
Compensation: $21.49 per hour, based on experience.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse range of tasks related to scheduling, registration, financial compliance, and customer service.
- Act as the primary point of entry for patient interactions, ensuring a professional and compassionate approach.
- Collect accurate and comprehensive information necessary for billing and account management.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
Minimum Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Two years of experience in a medical setting with knowledge of insurance processes related to outpatient care.
- Strong computer skills, familiarity with medical terminology, and experience in scheduling.
License/Certification:
