We are seeking a skilled Support Services Coordinator II to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Support Services Coordinator II, you will coordinate support services for individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring they receive the care and attention they need.

About the Role:

  • COORDINATE SUPPORT SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES
  • PROMOTE HEALTH, SAFETY, AND WELL-BEING IN A CLEAN AND SAFE ENVIRONMENT
  • ADVOCATE FOR CLIENTS AND SUPPORT THEIR GOALS AND NEEDS

Responsibilities:

  • COORDINATE DAILY ROUTINES FOR CLIENTS BASED ON INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM PLANS
  • SUPPORT CLIENTS WITH PERSONAL CARE NEEDS SUCH AS GROOMING AND BATHROOM ASSISTANCE
  • ASSIST CLIENTS WITH DAILY MEALS AND CLEAN-UP
  • PICK-UP/DROP-OFF CLIENTS FROM/HOME/FACILITY (IF NECESSARY)
  • REPORT INCIDENTS OR PROBLEMS AND COMMUNICATE DAILY WITH ADMINISTRATORS

Requirements:

  • HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT REQUIRED
  • AT LEAST ONE YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN CAREGIVING PREFERRED
  • DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE YR 1 & YR 2 AND CPI PREFERRED
