We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Technician II to join our team at Resilience US Inc. As a key member of our biomanufacturing team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain equipment such as parts washers and autoclaves to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Inspect, clean, and sterilize equipment to maintain a cleanroom environment.
  • Assemble and disassemble equipment as required, following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Perform area cleanings and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Complete batch record entries and maintain accurate records and logs.
  • Develop knowledge of SAP inventory movements and inventory management to support efficient material handling.
  • Participate in lean activities, including 5S and process improvement initiatives.
  • Support mechanical staff with preventive maintenance procedures as needed.
Requirements:
  • Ability to effectively understand, read, write, communicate, and follow instructions in the English language.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
