- Document all care provided accurately and completely, adhering to hospital and departmental policies.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest wound care research and technologies, applying this knowledge to improve patient care.
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
- Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
- Experience working with wound care patients, with a strong understanding of wound assessment and management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
