Openwork is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Maintenance Technician opportunity for a Heavy Industrial Equipment Supplier and Logistics Company. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical repair and installation to facility machinery.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
  • Make mechanical and electrical repairs as needed to all equipment as instructed by the maintenance manager.
  • Assist with building maintenance (landscaping, sprinkler system, housekeeping, HVAC, lighting, etc.) as instructed by the maintenance manager.
  • Support the documentation of plant equipment and/or processes as required.

Qualifications:

  • Must have certified/degreed educational training in a related field (industrial maintenance, electronics technology, etc.) or a minimum of three years related experience.
  • Must be able to proficiently use electrical/electronic test equipment (multi-meter, amp-probe, loop-calibrator, etc.).
  • Must be capable of interpreting electrical/electronic schematics.
