Your Responsibilities:

On our team, you will:

  • Design and implement cloud-native solutions that harness cutting-edge cloud technologies.
  • Collaborate with clients and partner teams to shape strategies and designs, ensuring adherence to standards throughout the cloud migration journey.
  • Conduct thorough research to recommend tools and solutions tailored to the current environment, drawing from your knowledge of on-premise, cloud-based, and hybrid resources.
  • Lead your team in navigating the client's most pressing cloud-related challenges.
  • Expand your expertise in areas such as DevOps and Kubernetes Administration while contributing to critical systems for government entities.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with containerization and orchestration platforms, including Kubernetes or Docker.
  • At least 2 years of experience in DevOps and automation frameworks, such as Ansible, Jenkins, or Terraform.
  • Familiarity with Cloud Service Providers, particularly AWS or Azure, along with their associated services and tools.
  • Proficiency in Linux or Windows operating systems.
  • Experience with the software development lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of Git technologies.
  • The ability to obtain a security clearance.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not mandatory, the following will be advantageous:

  • Experience with container technologies, including EKS or Kubernetes.
  • Expertise in DevOps practices to enhance pipeline maintenance.
  • Background in cross-domain solutioning.
  • Familiarity with AWS AI and ML tools.
  • AWS DevOps or AWS Solutions Architect certification.

Clearance Requirements:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information.

The salary for this position is influenced by various factors, including location, education, skills, and experience. The projected compensation range is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 annually.

Work Environment:

If this position is designated as remote or hybrid, you will occasionally work from a Booz Allen or client site facility. If onsite, in-person collaboration with colleagues and clients will be required as necessary.
