Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Counterintelligence Analyst with a strong background in Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) to support our Reachback operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of DoD and Government agencies, as well as experience in analytical and research efforts.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide Counterintelligence support to the CJTF-OIR Intelligence Directorate
  • Conduct analytical and research efforts to support Reachback operations
  • Develop and maintain intelligence products to support operational and strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with Government agencies and DoD organizations to support Counterintelligence efforts
  • Stay up-to-date with Counterintelligence trends and best practices
Requirements:
  • Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and current or pending polygraph
  • Bachelor's Degree or eight years of direct intelligence analyst experience
  • At least eight years of analytical experience at the operational/strategic level within DoD or equivalent Government agencies
  • Proficient in utilizing standard computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development
  • Possess strong research, analytical, and writing skills
  • Briefing skills to include the ability to clearly articulate complex information
  • Deployed experience in either Afghanistan, Iraq/SWA regional issues, and HUMINT/CI military analysis
Desired Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or 12 years of direct intelligence analyst experience
  • Experience in either CI/HUMINT, CT, and political/military analysis in other AORs
  • Formerly badged and credentialed CI Agent
  • Experience as working as a lead analyst in a supervisory/managerial position
