Mainframe Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer

Highmark Health is seeking a highly skilled Mainframe Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining our mainframe systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn and understand the Highmark complex Sysplex Environment
  • Install and configure mainframe operating systems
  • Escalate and resolve issues, making recommendations to the appropriate audience
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve problems impacting IT infrastructure
  • Coordinate and complete project tasks on time, within budget, and in scope of IT infrastructure requirements
  • Ensure compliance to required standards, procedures, guidelines, and processes
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 3-5 years of experience in Information Technology
