As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy services to children with developmental delays, especially Autism Spectrum Disorders.
About the RoleAs a BCBA at Little Leaves, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting comprehensive behavioral skills assessments and developing individualized ABA treatment plans
- Leading and supervising a team of therapists, providing clinical supervision and training
- Collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
- Staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy

RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience working with children with developmental delays, communication disorders, and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder
