About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Governance, Risk, and Compliance team as a Principal Consultant, GRC for Proactive Services.

This critical role involves overseeing security risk assessments across multiple frameworks, working closely with clients to improve their security posture and maturity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead security risk assessments across NIST CSF, CIS20, ISO, GDPR, CCPA, NYDFS, SOX, and HIPAA frameworks
  • Collaborate with clients to develop effective mitigation strategies
  • Proactively identify security risks and vulnerabilities while eliminating cybersecurity threats
  • Ensure client controls meet legal, regulatory, privacy, policy, standards, and security requirements
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience performing information security and risk assessments based on industry-accepted standards
  • Professional services and consulting experience preferred
  • Leadership experience in managing a team of consultants
  • Experience with GRC tools, technology, and implementation
  • Demonstrated ability to strengthen existing and develop new client relationships
Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary range for this position is between $151,000 and $208,000, depending on qualifications, experience, and work location.
