Job Title: MRI Imaging Specialist
Department: Radiology
Status: Full-Time, Evening Shift (Tuesday-Saturday 3P-11P)
Location: White Plains Hospital
Salary Range: $48-$58

As a key member of our radiology team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services. You will work closely with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient MRI procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients for MRI examinations, including explaining procedures and addressing any concerns.
  • Operate MRI equipment and ensure optimal image quality.
  • Assist radiologists during procedures as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and families.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited radiography program.
  • ARRT (American Registry of Radiological Technologists) certified in MRI.
  • New York State DOH Licensure or Limited Permit required.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification through the AHA (American Heart Association).
  • IV certification preferred.
  • MRI safety certification level 2 required yearly.
  • Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
