We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at The Leta by Hilton Tapestry Collection Hotel. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience for all who visit our hotel.

• Bar Setup and Maintenance: Maintain a well-stocked and organized bar area, ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are readily available.
• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, to our guests.
• Guest Service: Provide exceptional service to our guests, responding to their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Cash Handling: Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that all necessary supplies are stocked and available.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

• Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; bartending experience preferred.
• Skills and Abilities: Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service; basic mathematical skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licenses and Certifications: Ability to obtain any government required licenses or certifications, including alcohol/food service certification.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 lbs., while performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand for long periods of time; frequently walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear; occasionally sit, climb or balance, stoop, knee, crouch or crawl.
