We are seeking a highly skilled Radiographer III - NDT Specialist to join our team at Holtec International. As a key member of our Nondestructive Testing (NDT) department, you will be responsible for providing real-time x-ray services and support to our projects and programs.
Key Responsibilities- Perform real-time x-ray inspections on products and components to ensure compliance with customer quality requirements.
- Maintain and operate x-ray equipment and imaging software, as well as perform radiographic interpretations.
- Train and qualify NDT inspectors, and develop NDT procedures and techniques.
- Support manufacturing operations, inspections, and investigations, and ensure compliance with customer and certification agency regulations.
- Provide NDT RT certification and data for completed x-ray inspections.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with 5-10 years of work experience as an NDT RT Level III.
- Certified ASNT NDT Level III for a minimum of 5 years.
- Familiarity with quality system requirements, including ASME Section III, ANSI, NQA-1, AS9100, and ISO9001.
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply engineering drawings and specifications.
- Competent computer skills, including MS Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- Previous shooters card and safety training associated with radiography.
- Experience in digital radiography (DR).
- Certification in one or more of the following NDT methods: Visual Examination (VT), Liquid Penetrant Examination (PT), Magnetic Particle Examination (MT), or Ultrasonic Examination.
