About the Role

At CQ Partners, we are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team on a part-time or contract basis to provide therapy for individuals with Auditory Processing Disorder (APD).

We offer a competitive compensation package of $45-55 per hour.

The ideal candidate will have experience in treating APD and a passion for helping clients improve their communication and auditory processing skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients with APD.
  • Utilize evidence-based techniques and strategies to address auditory processing difficulties.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support the client's progress.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and therapy sessions.
  • Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in APD therapy.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based practices in APD therapy.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with both children and adults with APD.
  • Familiarity with assistive technology and auditory training programs.
