We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Supervisor to oversee construction projects and lead our team of sub-contractors in Fairfield, NJ. This is a contract position that requires strong leadership skills, experience in multiple trades, and the ability to manage projects independently.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with sub-contractors and provide direction for construction projects
  • Oversee multiple trades, including electrical, carpentry, excavation, and demolition
  • Order materials as directed by the Project Manager and procure them as needed
  • Secure business premises before or after hours

Essential Skills

  • Experience in construction, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work
  • Leadership experience in a construction setting
  • Ability to organize and manage construction projects independently
  • OSHA 10 certification (OSHA 30 preferred)
