Job Summary

Millennium Precision is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials in and out of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Package and prepare shipments for delivery, including small production components and materials
  • Coordinate and schedule deliveries with UPS and FedEx
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, including inventory management
  • Inspect raw materials for quality and damage
  • Use Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and data entry

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in shipping and receiving
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
