Key Responsibilities- Actively participate in all necessary contract and/or subcontract negotiations during the execution phase of a project.
- Review, analyze, and evaluate contracts, subcontracts, and amendments in the civil engineering sector.
- Contact the insurance, procurement, and treasury departments, and if necessary, the involved legal advisors.
- Develop and implement appropriate project management tools and procedures, including managing change orders and claims.
- Train and coach project team members on project administration and contract management.
- Work closely with project teams, procurement.
