Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled ESL Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective instructional strategies to support the academic success of our scholars. Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of our scholars
- Provide individualized support to scholars to ensure they meet academic standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives that promote academic excellence and community involvement
- Assess and evaluate scholar progress to inform instructional decisions
Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Education or a related field and a valid teaching certification. Experience working with diverse populations and a passion for education are highly desirable.
