Job Title: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at K.A. Recruiting.

Job Summary:

This is a permanent and full-time position working day shift, 8:00am - 4:30pm. The ideal candidate will have a Masters Degree in Nursing or be a Graduate of an American Medical Association approved Physician Assistant educational program, and be VT licensed.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide psychiatric treatment, psychotherapy sessions, group therapy in a structured setting, medication therapy, family therapy, support group meetings, relapse prevention, inpatient care, and outpatient therapeutic services.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of patients.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients with mental health conditions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
